Why the Reset button for a List is disabled if the List or Campaign Workflow Based Dialing is enabled.
Reset is Disabled when using Workflow Based Auto Recycling because this function looks for the Actual Outbound Call Count of Leads when Auto Recycling them.
Both Standard and Workflow Based Auto Recycling use Corresponding Delay Seconds. The only difference is that Standard uses a Virtual Call Count, this can be Reset, while Workflow Based checks for the Actual Call Count.
Campaign Dialable Statuses
- If Campaign Dialable Statuses is set to Standard and the List's Dialable Statuses is also set to Standard the Reset button is Disabled.
List Dialable Statuses
Reset button for the List is Enabled.
Campaign Dialable Statuses
- If Campaign Dialable Statuses is set to Standard and the List's Dialable Statuses is set to Workflow, the Reset button is Disabled. (Only if Override Campaign Dialable Statuses is set to Yes).
List Dialable Statuses
Reset button for the List is Disabled and there is a note; "Resetting a list is only available in Standard dialing mode (in the Disposition tab). To continue calling these leads, either add additional rules to your Workflow, or switch back to Standard mode."
Campaign Dialable Statuses
- If Campaign Dialable Statuses is set to Workflow and the List's Dialable Statuses is set to Standard the Reset button is Disabled. (Unless Override Campaign Dialable Statuses is set to Yes).
List Dialable Statuses
Reset button for the list is Disabled and there is a note; "Resetting a list is only available in Standard dialing mode (in the Disposition tab). To continue calling these leads, either add additional rules to your Workflow, or switch back to Standard mode."
