This FAQ will guide you on how to to export Conversational AI call flow chart.
Note: This export option is not visible or available on the clients end. This is for internal use only.
From the Admin dashboard, click on Apps and select Conversational AI.
Search for the Conversational AI that you would like to export. Click on the Action button and click Export.
Once you click on Export, the system will automatically download the Conversational AI as a zip file and will be shown on the lower left corner of the screen.
The zip file contains all the values in Questions, Connections and Destination.
Once you Import the Conversational AI, it will also import the audios use and will upload it under Audio Library. Please check the link How to Import Conversational AI.
