On each Conversational AI transfer, you have the option to record the call or not. This section will guide you on how to turn on and off recording for conversational AI transfers.
From the Admin dashboard, click on Apps and select Conversational AI.
Under Show Conversational AI page, you can click on the Recording Off/On to turn it On or Off.
You can also turn Off/On the Recording inside the Conversational AI settings.
Click on the name of the Conversational AI Script.
Click on the Apply Changes button to save the settings.
