This will help you how to search for call recordings specifically for Conversational AI Transfer and Conversational AI Transfer Failed.
Each Conversational AI Transfer or Failed Transfer, the system will record each calls. (Please check the FAQ on How to turn Off/On Recording for Conversational AI)
From the Admin dashboard, click on Reports and then click on Recordings.
Under Showing Recordings, you can use Start/End Date if you have a range of date that you want to search for.
Use "Status" for Filter By and enter "Conversational AI Transfer" or "Conversational AI Transfer Failed". You can search those statuses at the same time.
You can click on the Play button to listen to the recording, you can click on clip board to copy the recording's URL and click the download button to download the file.
If you want to delete the recording, click on Action button and select Delete.
Note: If the file size of the recording is big, you can download them as Zip File. You can mark all the recordings that you would like to download as Zip.
Click on the Export Page link and will direct you to the Export section.
