How to Access and Configure Voicemail When the User Is Set to Use X-Lite

Voice Mailbox: This is where you can set voicemail extensions for each agent and manage voicemail messages. Leads will be able to leave messages for agents that will then be sent to the agent's registered email address.

Login to the URL https://agent.convoso.com using your Agent credentials.

Choose a valid Campaign and Availability to complete the agent login process.

This message box will appear.

Launch X-Lite. Dial *007 and click on the Green Phone Icon

When the agent login is successful the Welcome Voice Prompt is played.

Use X-Lite to access Voicemail Box. 

Type in *97 and click on the Green Phone Icon

An audio message will play asking for a Password. Using the Keypad, input the password.

A voice prompt will play with the Menu Options.

After recording a message (incoming message, busy/unavailable greeting, or name)
    [1] - Accept
    [2] - Review
    [3] - Re-record
    [0] - Reach operator(1) (not available when recording greetings/name)

Once done, click on the Red Phone Icon of the Voicemail Box Line

Click on the Play Button of Line *007 to reestablish the connection between X-Lite and Agent Page.

Voicemail Box can also be accessed via X-Lite even without logging in to Agent Page.

Type in *97 and click on the Green Phone Icon
