This FAQ will help you on how to create Date, Date & Time field.
From the Admin page click on CRM and select Lead Layouts and Fields.
Click on Fields tab.
Click on Add Field button on the upper right corner.
Scroll at the bottom to see how many remaining fields you still have on the account.
Select Date or DateTime data type.
Configure the following options.
Field Number - Select a number for this field. Searchable number, this will enable the Admin to search this field from the Manage Leads section.
Field Label - Enter a name to be used on displays, page layouts, reports and list views.
Field Name - Enter a name that will be used for integration purposes such as API.
Description - Enter a description for this field
Help Text - Displays the text when the user hover over the info icon next to this field.
Status - Set the status of the field to Show, Hide or Disable.
Required - Set this to Yes will require the user to put a value on this field in order to save a record.
Default Value - Set a default value on this field if needed.
Click on Add Field when done.
After adding the field, new options will appear.
Date Format - Select a date format for this field.
Required Statuses - Make this field required when dispositioning with the selected statuses.
Note: Date format set in Date fields overrides the Date format set in Global Settings.
** This is only applicable in email template and integration.
Click on Save Changes once done.
If you tried to add more and your ran our of field space. You will get an error message. "You’ve used up all of your available fields of data type Datetime, and Datetime is of this data type. Please select a different form element."
