This will guide you on how to enable Voice Broadcast and SMS channels for a user. This will allow the agent to received voice broadcast calls and SMS messages from the system.
From the Admin dashboard, click on Account and select Users.
On the Show Users section, search for the user using the search field. Click on the Action Button and select Settings.
Click on Agent Interface Option tab.
Click on Create a Profile or Edit button. (To know more about creating a new profile, click How to Configure the Agent Interface Options)
If you have an existing profile, click on Edit Profile button (This will allow you to configure the User Agent Interface Option)
Scroll down and look for "Enable SMS" click on the drop down field and select Yes.
After select Yes to Enable SMS option, click on Save button on the Agent ACL.
And then scroll down and click on Apply Changes.
Once the Agent logs in, there will be option to set the Voice and SMS channels to On or Off.
