Conversational AI is a user-friendly menu system where a customer can interact through keywords and will dynamically route their calls to it's proper destination.
Having this feature will have a fast self-service for it's personalized paths for every segments. It also makes easier for the customer to be directed to the agent based on their responses.
Setting up a Conversational AI is easy but sometimes its time consuming.
Cloning is a faster way to configure a similar Conversational AI settings.
This will guide you on how you clone an existing Conversational AI
From the Dashboard, click on Apps and select Conversational AI from the drop down.
Click on the Action Button of the Conversational AI to be exported and select Export from the drop down options.
You will receive a confirmation window if you really want to clone the existing Conversational AI. Click on Clone to proceed.
Once you cloned it, you will be able to see all the added Questions and Destinations from the existing Conversational AI The name will have the word "Clone" on it.
The cloned Conversational AI will also appear under Manage Conversational AI.
