This will guide you on how to upload phone numbers in to the SMS Opt Out list.

From the Admin dashboard, click on Call Center and then SMS Opt Out. 

From the Manage SMS Opt Out page, click on Upload SMS Opt Out button.

Select your file to upload, click on Choose File button and select the .CSV file that you want to upload.

Note: The format of the .CSV file for uploading SMS Opt Out numbers should be one column for phone numbers, no header and the file format should be .csv file.

To save the file as .CSV (Comma Delimited). Click on File and then Save As, select the location where you want to save the file.

Enter the name of the file and click on Save as Type drop down and select CSV (Comma Delimited) and click on Save button.

Once you select the file to upload, select the Country and Campaign where you want to assign the SMS Opt Out phone numbers. Click on the Upload button to load the phone numbers.

After uploading the leads, you will get the an Upload Result summary that will show how many Duplicate numbers were found, Invalid Numbers, Successful Numbers and Total Records.
