The purpose of this feature is to change your caller id to a number that is set to your agent extension or a number that is set on a campaign or a list.
In order to use this feature, an admin will need to enable it on their end for you on your agent settings. Please instruct them to this page in order to do so.
Before you make a call, Click here to choose which caller ID you wish to use. Then press the red phone icon to make your call. Please note that this can only be done on a manual call.
