This FAQ will help you re-assign a active license from one agent to another agent.
From the Admin Dashboard, click on Account and then Users.
Under Shows Users, click on the Agent Licenses tab.
Use the search field to easily locate the user that you want to re-assign the license or you can navigate to it by clicking the pages.
Note: No need to release the license in order to re-assign it to another user. You can re-assign it right away.
Select the user by clicking the check box.
Click on the Action button on the right side to bring up the list of Agents that you want to re assign the license to.
Select the User that you want to re-assign the license to and then click on Apply button.
Once done, you can now check the User if the license was re-assigned successfully. You can also check the Last Assigned date.
Additional Note: An agent that does not have an assigned license won't be able to login successfully in to the Agent page. They will get an error saying "You must assign this User to a License. This can be done by an Admin. If you have any issues, please contact Support for Assistance" and will be automatically logged out after a few seconds.
