This is a feature in which the system will automatically recycle leads for a specific list. As with standard Workflow Based Dialing, you have the ability to set multiple delay attempts per call count but this focuses solely on a certain list or set of lists in the campaign.
Here's how to setup List Workflow Based Dialing.
Go to Campaigns, and click the campaign settings.
In the campaign settings, go to the Leads Tab.
Scroll down and look for the Lists in this Campaign section and click the list you want to configure.
In the list properties, click on the Disposition tab.
Override Campaign Dial-able Statuses - Setting this to YES will override the campaign workflow based dialing for this specific list.
Clone Dial-able Statuses - This option will clone either Standard or Workflow statuses based on Campaign or List. It is also possible to clone it the other way around. (Example: For Standard, you clone it from campaign base and for Workflow, you clone it from list base.)
Under Dialable Statuses, we have two modes of Lead Recycle, Standard and Workflow. Set the Lead Recycle to Workflow.
Note: Activating Workflow mode will automatically deactivate the Standard mode. Whichever is highlighted or in green color is the one that is currently activated.
Click on the Add Dialable Status button and a new entry will appear under Dial-able Status.
Click the drop down on the left and select the status you want to add.
Once you have selected a status, set the delay (in seconds) based on call count on the right side of it.
Use the (+) Add Dialable Status green button to add more statuses if needed.
Click on (-) to delete an entry.
Once all of your statuses are configured, click the Apply Changes button at the bottom of the page to save your new settings.
Note: Once you enable the Workflow List Based Dialing, the reset button of the list will be disabled. Click on Disabling the Reset button of a list if Workflow Based Dialing is enabled for Campaign and List to know more.
