There are instances where admins need to back up leads for archiving, reporting etc.
Usually, admins delete old leads to make room for newer leads and it is always recommended to back up the leads first before deleting them from the system for record keeping.
In this section we will discuss how to Backup, Export or Download leads.
From the Dashboard, click on Call Center and select Leads from the drop down.
In Manage Leads section, select the following
- Filter By: select List
- List: name of the list you need to download
Once you see the results, click on Export Lead Results
Note: This message box will appear when Export Lead Results is clicked but admin didn't search for anything.
A success message will appear. Click on Close.
From the Dashboard, click o Reports and then Exports.
On the Manage Exports page, click on the Download to download the file. (Note: Check the date and time of the exported file to make sure you're downloading the correct file. The newest files are on top by default).
Verified that the browser downloaded the file.
You can also filter exports using the following:
- Created
- End Time
- Start Time
- Status
- Type
- User
You can set the Order By: (Descending or Ascending order)
- Created
- End Time
- Start Time
- Status
- Type
- User
You can click on "Add Filter" if you need multiple filters.
