Calling Alternative Numbers
This is a campaign feature where the system dials the alternate phone number of the lead. This is a disposition trigger that the Admin needs to configure. The Admin need to select a specific disposition that will trigger the system to dial the lead's alternate phone number such as cell phone or work phone.
Having this feature will help to get more connect calls especially if the main phone number is unreachable.
