Preview and Inbound
This is a feature that permits the agent to have outbound and inbound calling. Same with the Preview dialing where the system pulls up a lead and show it to the agent screen and at the same time the agent has the capability in receiving Inbound calls.
The will help the agent to get more connect calls by calling the leads manually while waiting on queue for incoming inbound calls.
