Detect Answering Machine & Fax
This feature will enable the system on how to handle answering machine or fax calls. The Admin can set either Aggressive, Standard or Disable answering machine detection. This will help the campaign to filter answering machines or fax calls and will not route to the agents.
(Note: Not 100% that all answering machines or fax calls will be filtered.)
