This is the most used dialer method in which the system automatically dial leads for the agent. The Admin can set the dial level where the system will dial the number of leads per agent.
The system will start dialing when there are agents on Ready or Available status and for as long as there are dialable leads in the campaign. This will give high connect rates since the system is dialing multiple leads in the background.
