Ringless Voicemail or direct-to-voicemail allows you to send personalized voicemail messages without causing the phone to ring.
Here we will discuss how to set up a Ringless Voicemail Campaign.
To Create a Ringless Voicemail Campaign, click on the Add Campaign Button.
The Create Campaign Window will appear. Configure the following
- Name = Enter the name of the campaign
- Caller ID = Enter the Caller ID
- Campaign Type = Select Ringless Voicemail
- Audio File = Select the Audio File that the system will play
- Status = Set it to Active
Click on Create Campaign.
You can follow the on-screen instructions to configure the campaign.
For the meantime, you can skip the settings until we're finished creating this.
In the Dashboard. Go to Call Center and select Campaigns
Under Show Campaigns, Click on the Name of the Campaign to go to the Settings
In Campaign Settings, click on the General Tab and select Ringless Voicemail for Campaign Type
Select the Audio file to be played or click on Upload Audio File button to upload audio file in the Audio Library. (Click here on how to upload audio media)
Click on Apply Changes
Click on Outbound Settings tab and select the Dial Level or the number of leads will be dialed on this campaign (If you would like to adjust or add more dial level. Call Support Hotline)
Click on the Leads tab.
Configure Set Lead Calling order
Lead Call Order will help you how the system will arrange the leads in the hopper for dialing. (Please click here to know more about changing Lead Call Order.)
Use List Mix, this feature will help you on how the system will gather leads from your lists based on percentage and it's statuses. (Please click here to know more about changing setting up List Mix.)
Configure Outbound Filters
GMT Lead Filter Override - Filter leads by selected time zone.
Local Time - Choose time range for which a caller will receive calls in their local time.

Configure Advanced Lead Filter (Optional)
Lead Filter is used to filter leads based on conditions that will be only dialed by the system. (Please click here to know more about Advanced Lead Filter.)
Click on Apply Changes
Lists in this Campaign
Click the status will set the list to Active or Inactive, clicking on Total Leads will show the total leads in a list, clicking on Calculate button will display the total number of dialable leads in the list and Reset button to enable the system to redial all the leads with dislable dispositions.
Clicking on Change Status, this will set all lists in the campaign to Active or Inactive, same thing to Show All and Calculate All which will display the total number of leads in the list and total dialable leads in all the lists.
Reset selected, this will reset all the lists were selected at the same time.
Lead Summary Calculate button. This will display all the leads that can dialed and cannot dialed due to some conditions or reasons. (Please click here to know more about Lead Summary)
Configure Dispositions tab.
This section will help you select the statuses that you want as a dialable dispositions on this campaign. (Please click here on how to configure Campaign Dialable Dispositions)
Configure Hopper tab.
Hopper Level - Select a maximum amount of leads that will put in the hopper for dialing. (Please click here to know more on how to configure Hopper Level)
Click on Apply Changes
Configure Schedules tab (Optional)
There are 3 option on Schedules:
Campaign Schedules - Configure it based on normal schedules where in the campaign will automatically start and stop dialing leads at specific dates and/or time. (Please click here to know more about Campaign Schedules)
Local Call Time Schedules - Set a schedule in which the system will only dial leads based on Time Zone. (Please click here to know more about Local Call Time Schedules)
Dial Level Schedule - Set a schedule which enables the system to use different dial level at different times. (Please click here to know more about Local Call Time Schedules)
Click on Apply Changes
