Ringless Voicemail or direct-to-voicemail allows you to send personalized voicemail messages without causing the phone to ring.
Here we will discuss how to set up a Ringless Voicemail Campaign.
In the Dashboard. Go to Call Center and select Campaigns
Under Show Campaigns, Click on the Name of the Campaign to go to the Settings
In Campaign Settings, click on the General Tab and select Ringless Voicemail for Campaign Type
Click on Apply Changes
Click on Ringless Voicemail Tab
Configure the following
- Audio File - select the audio file to be played
- Max Number of Calls per Hour
- Date Restriction
- No Restriction - remove any date restrictions
- Set Date Range - if this is selected configure Start and End Date
- Start Date
- End Date
- Time Zone - select the time zone of the campaign
- Break Time Start
- Break Time End
If needed, we can configure the schedule settings to run this campaign.
Click on Apply
Note: A Ringless Voicemail Campaign will have different sets of tabs as compared to a regular campaign.
A regular campaign will have General, Outbound Settings, Inbound Settings, Call Routing, Leads, Dispositions, Assigned Users, Hopper, Auto Logout, and Advanced Configurations Tab.
A Ringless Voicemail campaign will have General, Ringless Voicemail, Leads, Dispositions and Hopper Tab.
The following are not present in a Ringless Voicemail Campaign. These sections are removed because they are no longer needed to setup this type of campaign.
