Overview
The Lead Criteria Filter application allows Admins to screen new Leads to determine if they meet their basic requirements. Admins can ensure that New Leads are not already in their Accounts and designate age and demographic requirements based on States and/or Zip Codes.

Add Lead Criteria Filters
1.) Click the Apps main menu.
2.) Click the Lead Criteria menu option.
The Manage Lead Criteria page will open.
3.) Click the New Filter button.
The Add Lead Criteria page will open.
4.) Configure the Lead Criteria Filter fields.
- (A) Name: Enter a name for the Criteria Filter.
- (B) Campaign: Select the Campaign that will use the Filter in the drop-down.
5.) Click the Add Item button. This button only becomes active once a Campaign is selected.
6.) Configure the Lead Criteria Filter.

(A) Select Filter: Select the type of Filter in this drop-down.
- Leads Age in List (In Days): Filters Leads by their Age in Days using greater than or less than a specific number of days.
- List: Filters Leads by Lead List they are in or not in.
- List Status: Filters Leads based on whether their List is Active or Inactive.
- State: Filters Leads based on their State.
- Zip Code: Filters Leads based on their Zip Code.
- (B) Select Operator: Select the operator in this drop-down, such as Greater than, Less than, or In.
- (C) This field changes based on your selected Filter.
Repeat steps 5-6 as needed to add more Criteria to your Filter.
7.) Click the Apply Changes button.
Edit Lead Criteria Filters
1.) Open the Manage Lead Criteria page.
2.) Click the Lead Criteria Filter's name.
The Edit Lead Criteria page will open.
3.) Reconfigure the Criteria Filter as needed.
- (A) Add Item: Click this button to add Criteria to the Filter.

(B) Select Filter: Select the type of Filter in this drop-down.
- Leads Age in List (In Days): Filters Leads by their Age in Days using greater than or less than a specific number of days.
- List: Filters Leads by Lead List they are in or not in.
- List Status: Filters Leads based on whether their List is Active or Inactive.
- State: Filters Leads based on their State.
- Zip Code: Filters Leads based on their Zip Code.
- (C) Select Operator: Select the operator in this drop-down, such as Greater than, Less than, or In.
- (D) This field changes based on your selected Filter.
- (E) Remove: Use this button to remove needed Filter Criteria.
4.) Click the Apply Changes button.
