Overview
This article will walk through assigning a Campaign in User Settings. Admins will also see how they can limit an Agent's Campaign Access. These settings ensure Users can only login to the Campaigns necessary for their position.

Assign Campaigns to a User
1.) Click the Account main menu.
2.) Click the Users menu option.
The Show Users page will open.
3.) Click the Name of the User to open their Settings.
The User Settings page will open on the Credentials tab.
4.) Click the Data Access tab.
5.) Scroll down to the Campaign Access Level section.
6.) Configure Campaign Access:

(A) Restrictions:
Click toggle to No if you want to give this User login permission for all current and future Campaigns. -
(B) Assign Campaigns:
Highlight Campaigns with your mouse and move them to the Can Access Campaigns group.- Move Individual Campaigns by clicking the < or > buttons.
- To move all Campaigns, click the << or >> button.
7.) Click the Apply Changes button.
