The Hopper is like a bucket that holds all of your leads. The hopper level determines how many leads will be in the hopper at any given time. If you add agents to a campaign, you may want to raise the hopper level to allow for more dials. If you remove agents from a campaign, you may want to lower the hopper level. Here we will show you how to change the hopper level.
From the Dashboard, go to Call Center and select Campaigns.
Under Show Campaigns, Click on the Action Button and select Settings.
Click the Hopper Tab
Select the Hopper Level
Click on Apply Changes
Click on Empty Hopper to flush out the existing leads in the hopper.
Wait until the hopper refresh or click on Refresh Button.
NOTE: Hopper will only fill if agents are logged in to the system.
