Agent Monitor Logs will show the log history of Users who monitored (barge, whisper & Listen) the agents as well as used the Force Logout option in the Agent Monitor page.
Step 1: Login to the URL https://admin-lax.convoso.com/login using your Admin Credentials.
Step 2: From the Dashboard, click on (A) "Reports" and then click on (B) "Agent Monitor Logs"
Step 3: Agent Monitor Logs Page will appear and it will show the
- (C) User who monitored the call
- (D) Agent that was monitored
- (E) Lead ID of the call
- (F) Action how the user listened to the call
- (G) Duration for how long the agent was monitored
- (H) Date and Time when it happened
