Agents can be logged in to either a single campaign or a campaign group. Many times an agent may need to change the campaign or group that they are currently logged in to. In this section, we will discuss how agents switch campaign or campaign groups.
Note: You may or may not be in preview dial depending on how your admin has set up your campaign’s dial type.
Choose a valid Campaign and Availability to complete the agent login process.
(If you want to be safe select a campaign and use the Not Ready availability status)
For the Agent to switch campaign, click on the Agent Status Button and select a Not Ready Status.
(Any Agent Status Highlighted in Red)
Click on the Switch Campaigns button and select the Campaign or the Campaign Group the agent needs to log in to.
Set agent status back to Available
The current campaign of the agent will be seen lower right corner of the page.
