Note: You may or may not be in preview dial depending on how your admin has setup your campaign’s dial type.
Step 1. Login to the URL https://agent-lax.convoso.com using your Agent credentials.
Step 2. Choose a valid Campaign and Availability to complete the agent login process.
(If you want to be safe select a campaign and use the Not Ready availability status)
Step 3: If an agent needs to switch campaigns, make sure status is first set to a "Not Ready Status"
Step 4: Click on the (A)"Switch Campaigns button", and select the (B)"Campaign" agent needs to log in to.
