Step 1: Login to the URL https://admin-lax.convoso.com/login using your Admin Credentials.
Step 2: Upload your Audio (see FAQ for How to Upload Audio Media)
Step 3: From the Dashboard, click on (A) “Phone Systems” and select (B) “Music on Hold” from the drop down.
Step 4: Click on (A) Add Music on Hold
Step 5: Type the Description and Select the Audio File and click Add
Step 6: Click on Apply Changes
Step 7: From the Dashboard, click on (A) “Call Center” and select (B) “Call Center Queues” from the drop down.
Step 8. In Show Queues Section, click on (A) “Action Button” and select (B) “Settings” from the drop down
Step 9: Click on (A) "Call Routing Tab"
Step 10: Scroll down to Hold Settings Select the (A) Hold Music you need.
Step 11: Scroll down and click on Apply Changes
