Sometimes upon first login the headset is not detected and the following error occurs: No Capture Device Found. When this happens it means a headset has not been detected by the software.
Here are the ways to fix a No Capture Device Found error.
- Make sure that you have plugged in your headset properly.
- Try another USB port, or try another USB headset.
- Log out close the browser and back in.
Solutions 2: When being asked by the browser to permission to allow the headset device, you need to allow it.
