Step 1: Login to the URL https://admin-lax.convoso.com/login using your Admin Credentials.
Step 2: From the Dashboard, click on (A) “Account” and select (B) “Global Settings” from the drop down.
Step 3: Scroll down and look for "Allow Upload Status / User". put a check on the (A) "check box", and click on "Apply Changes"
Step 4: Now when you, try to upload leads, make sure you have a Status Column on your list and matched that column to the (A) Status or User Field.
