Here we will discuss how to clone or copy a script. A script is structured text that agents will follow during the call. This is commonly used to make sure agents will always be aware of what to say during their calls.
From the Dashboard, click on CRM and select Scripts from the drop down
Select the Script you need to clone, click on the Action Button and select Clone
The Edit Script Window will open. It will contain the information of the new script. The name for the clone script will have the Original Script Name with the word Clone
Click on Save
