Overview
Convoso gives you several options for the naming convention of Recordings. This is so that you can view your call information more easily and give you more thorough information at a glance. This article will walk through changing the file name format for Recordings in your FTP Push.

Before you Begin
Recordings are one type of FTP Push. This is not the only type of file you can push to your FTP Server.

Configure File Name Format
1.) Click the Apps main menu.
2.) Click the FTP Push menu option.
The Manage FTP Pushes page will open.
3.) Find the FTP Push and click Edit in the Action gearwheel drop-down.
The View FTP Push page will open on the General tab.
4.) Scroll down and configure the File Name Format:
- --Default-- account_id_user_id_phone_number_lead_id_campaign_id_list_id_timestamp_microseconds_all.extension
(Ex: 100233_1000482_8005250280_2513174_80_1464839259-all.mp3)
- lead_id_phone_number_YmdHis_user_id
(Ex: 172610_7174183185_20190805154624_1002538.mp3)
- lead_id_phone_number_ymdHis_user_id
(Ex: 172610_7174183185_190805154624_1002538.mp3)
- lead_id_phone_number_ymdHis
(Ex: 2513170_8005250280_190920204317.mp3)
- account_id_user_id_phone_number_lead_id_campaign_id_list_id_timestamp
(Ex: 100233_1000482_631874526_53241598_92_1325478952-all.mp3)
5.) Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Apply Changes button.
