Here we will discuss how you can manage Authorization Token and use it for all API actions such as lead insert, call log update, lead recording search and many more.
From the Dashboard, click on API and select Authorization Token from the drop down.
Click on "Add Authorization Token" button to add a new authorization token.
Note: If the Admin is not allowed to "View" or "Add" Authorization Token and gets the message "You are not allowed to access this section." This means that the API Auth Token List on the user's Access Control List.
Add Token will appear on the screen, you need to enter a Name of your token and put a check mark on the API section where you would like use it. You can select specific API section or select "Check All" and it will mark all API sections.
Click on "Create" when done.
A "Success" modal box will appear on you screen that the Authorization Token was created successfully.
Click on "Close" button.
You can now see your authorization token name along with the system generated token.
If you would like to edit your Authorization Token, click on the "Action" button and select Settings. It will bring the Edit Token window.
Click on "Apply Changes" button once done.
If you would like to delete you Authorization Token, click on the "Action" button and select "Delete"
A confirmation box will appear. Click "Delete" if you wish to continue.
