Dispositions are codes that categorize the outcome of a call. These codes describe what the result of your inbound and outbound calls are. With the help of these codes, the admin can easily see the trend of their leads. Giving your agents a well-thought-out list of dispositions can greatly improve your reporting and metric tracking.
Here we will discuss how to can an agent change or update a lead's disposition.
In TalkPro Agent Page Leads information, click on More tab and click Redisposition
Another window will appear, select the Dispostion from the drop down selection and click on Redisposition.
To make sure that lead will have the updated status, have a check Modify Lead Status
