Dispositions are codes that categorize the outcome of a call. These codes describe what the result of your inbound and outbound calls are. With the help of these codes, the admin can easily see the trend of their leads. Giving your agents a well-thought-out list of dispositions can greatly improve your reporting and metric tracking.
Here we will discuss how to can an agent change or update a lead's disposition.
Open Lead Information Sheet.
Click on More tab and click Redisposition
A Redisposition Window will appear.
Put a check on Modify Lead Status?
Select the new disposition from the drop-down options.
Click on the Redisposition button.
Note: If the agent doesn't have the option to change the disposition of the lead, contact the admin.
