Login to the Agent Page https://agent.convoso.com
Click on your User Email Address and click on Queues. Notice that Queues is zero 0. It means the agent is not assigned to any Queues yet.
A pop up window will appear, configure the following.
- Select the Queues the agent will have access to.
- Decide if agent will do:
- Blended Calls – Agent will receive both outbound and inbound calls.
- Inbound Only – Agent will only receive Inbound Calls
Click on Apply.
