Step 1: Log In to the URL https://admin-lax.convoso.com/login using your Admin credentials.
Step 2: From the Dashboard, click on (A) “Account” and select (B) “Audio Library” from the drop down.
Step 3: Click on Upload File button
Step 4: (A) Click “Browse” button and select the Audio File. (Note) Audio File should be in WAV or MP3 format (B) Name the file. Then (D) select Open. (C) Click Upload
Step 5: A pop up message will confirm you uploaded the file. Click on (A) “OK”
Step 6: From the Dashboard, click on (A) “Dialer” and select (B) “Campaigns” from the drop down.
Step 7: Under Show Campaigns, click (A) “Action button” and select (B) “Settings” from the drop down
Step 8: In Campaign Settings, click on (A) “Advance Configurations” and select (B) “Survey/ Broadcast Settings” from the drop down.
Step 9: Configure the following:
Survey / Broadcast General Settings
Survey Message: Select the Audio Media that will play once customer picks up the phone.
Press the “Apply Changes” button in the bottom part of the page when done.
