it is the dashboard that shows the real time status of your Campaigns including the total number of agents who are currently login to the Agent Dialer Interface and their respective statuses also.
NOTE: The Real time Screen cannot be opened on the same browser as the Cloud Contact Center Agent at the same time on the same computer. If you wish to have both on the same computer you will need to use different browser for each. (e.g Google Chrome for Real Time Screen and Mozilla Firefox for the Cloud Contact Center Agent)
