Inbound Rankings - This will display information related to users, their rank, and calls made for the day.
Step 1. Login to the URL http:// admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click on Inbound tab and click Settings.
Step 3. Go to Ranking section.
- Each agent will show in this section so you could give a specific agent a higher ranking over another
The choices that you have are -9 to 9 with 9 being the top level rank (Default ranking for all users is 0 to start and could be adjusted as needed)
Step 4. Then go to Agent Call Routing and select Inbound Group Ranking.
Step 5. Scroll down at the bottom of the page and then, click on Save Changes button to apply the settings.
