This will allow an inbound call to have the option to place themselves on a "Do not call list" through a selected key set up in an IVR that has been created.
When the caller dial the DID number, through the IVR they can select a Key to put them on the DNC list.
Step 1. Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Go to the tab Inbound.
Step 3. Create an In-group for DNC (click here to know how to create an In-group)
Step 4. After creating an In-group, go to settings. Under Drop call settings, select SET_DNC for Drop Action and 0 for How many seconds should a call remain in queue before it gets dropped under Drop call settings.
Step 5. Go to IVR and click on the settings to modify your IVR.
Step 6. On the IVR settings create a new key selection, select In-Group for the action and select your DNC In-Group then click save changes to save the settings.
Step 7. Go to DID. Select the Route to IVR and Call handle method should be etiher CIDLOOKUP or CID then save changes.
Note: If you have an existing IVR and you added this feature, you need to re-upload a new IVR audio menu with the new key selection for DNC.
