This section allows you to insert a lead into a lead list using your Admin account.
Agents don't have the ability to add new leads to the list until the Admin enabled a "Show New Lead Button." Click here to see How to Make a Manual Call to a Lead NOT in the System
Step 1. Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click on the tab Leads and then, Insert Lead.
Step 3. Select a Form from the drop down and then, click on the Select Form button.
Step 4. Add the number and complete the desired fields.
You may immediately assign an agent and status, and can even force the system to dial the inserted lead right away for the selected agent.
Take note of the Lead ID or phone number and use it to search using the CRM.
