Step 1. Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click on the tab Leads and then, Form Maker.
Step 3. Select the form that you want to edit from the drop down under Current Form and then, click on theEdit Form button.
Step 4. Name your field under Field Name and select the Table from the drop down where you want it to be place. From the Field Type, select Option box and then, click on the Add Field button.
Step 5. After that, click on the ¯E icon to edit your Option field.
Step 6. Under Field Items, you can customize your field options. Name your option under Option name and then, click on the Add Option button.
NOTE: Avoid using a special character like an apostrophe (') in the Option name to avoid any issue in the Form Maker fields.
Step 7. Once done, your customize option fields should show and display like the one below.
