Call Launch Settings: This determines what is launched when your agents receive call routing. You may choose to launch a script or webform when the call is connected.
Step 1: Log in to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2: Click on the tab Campaigns and then, Show Campaigns.
Step 3: Select the Settings icon of the Campaign that you want to modify.
Step 4: Scroll down to the Section 9 - Call Launch Settings and update the settings as needed.
- Don't Launch Anythingdoes not launch anything when a call is started
- Launch Scriptlaunches the script specified
- Launch Web Form launches the web form specified
To View the Webform Fields available for use on the webform, click on the Webform Fields button
Step 5: To setup an embedded webform, Use the options in the Embedded Web Form section
