By having this capability, it will allow the client to add numeric values to the drop down options present on their Drop Down fields in the Form maker to be sent to a third party CRM in case they selected it to be push. The numeric values will then push by our system and include it in the API URL so that third party CRM can capture it as long as it matches on their fields.
Click here for the step by step procedures on how to create drop down menu under field type.
1. After adding the Drop Down field in the form, click the ¯E icon to edit your Option field.
2. Under Field Items, you can customize your field options. Select Key under Webform push data and put a check mark on Show values in order to enter a numeric value (0 to 128) in the Value field and then, click on the Add Option button.
3. After configuring the drop down options with their respective numeric value, click the Save Changes button to apply the settings.
Once the system pushed the leads to the Third Party CRM, the numeric value for the drop down option will be included in the API URL. In the sample link below, Drop Down Field has a value of field_439188 and drop down option has an assigned numeric value of 2.
