Campaign Caller ID is the number that will appear on the lead's caller ID.
Adding and editing Campaign Caller ID can be done in this section.
- Campaign caller ID has the least priority of all caller ID's setting. The priorities are as follows:
- Area code caller ID
- List Caller ID
- Campaign caller ID
Note: Some restrictions apply for caller id numbers relating to toll free numbers and numbers that need to be added to our database before use
Step 1. Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click on the tab Campaigns and then, Show Campaigns.
Step 3. Select the Campaign to change the caller ID, by clicking the settings icon for that campaign.
Step 4. Modify the number shown in "Campaign Caller ID" to the desired number.
The Caller ID setting can be the same or different between Campaigns and should be a valid phone number.
Please specify any 10 digit number of yours that is not a toll free number.
Note: No need to place a 1 in front of the chosen number.
Step 5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes"
The Caller ID settings will now take affect.
Note: The Calling Party Name Display (CPND) is controlled by the local phone company that owns the phone number. Please contact the Local carrier for assistance in changing the CPND if it does not display correctly.
