Step 1. Login to the URL http: admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click on the tab Reports and then, Agent Stats.
Step 3. Select the Parameters from the field to narrow down your search and then, click on Run.
All calls that were connected to this agent for the time period listed will be displayed including the its login and logout time, talk time and the recordings for all calls. The time period can be set for any date range within 5 months.
Note: If in any case that the Recordings gave no result, it means that the Recording feature for the Campaign is disabled.
