Outbound Overflow Settings: This determines how long (in seconds) to wait for an available agent when a lead has been reached by the system. The action selected here will be performed after the specified time; either drop the call or play a safe-harbor message.
- Drop Call Seconds - This is the time set on how long the call will stay before the system will perform the next action depending on what action is selected on the Select Drop Action.

Hang Up - The system will Hang Up the call after reaching the time that was set in the Drop Call Seconds.
Safeharbor - The system will play the message that was uploaded on the Safeharbor.
To upload a SAFEHARBOR message, you need to send the file to email@example.com.
The format should be WAV or MP3 and the size should not be more than 5 MB.
Also indicate what Campaign you want to upload the message.
