To change the CRM search abilities of an agent:
Step 1. Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Go to the tab Users and then, Show users.
Step 3. Select the Settings for the user that the Administrator would like to make changes for
Step 4. Under the section Agent Interface Options, click the drop down for Allow Agent to Search
The search choices are:
- Only the agent's leads
- All Leads in Account
- All Leads in Campaign
- Disable Search
Step 5. Once selected click on Save Changes
