Below are steps on how to change the defaulted User password.
What to expect:
If any agent is still using the default password "123456", the Agent will be prompted with a notice asking them to change it. It will not be mandatory at first but after a few weeks it will be and they will be required to change it. This to help the transition be smooth and orderly.
1. Go to agent.safesoftsolutions.com and login using the default username, password
2. Upon login if default password is used an auto pop up will be generated asking the agent to change their password before they proceed
3. After entering a new valid password, the agent will be presented with a success message.

The Admin now has the ability to quickly change the password and email it to the agent
- Go to "Users"> "Settings" for the user they wish to reset the password for.

3. Then click the "Send" button located next to the password field.
4. A pop up will ask for an email address. At this moment please press "Send". This process will send the user the new password.
5. A notice that the password has been changed will be send to the email with login instructions.
6. The admin will be presented with an alert box letting them know the password has been successfully reset.
