Rankings User/Rank/Calls Today: This feature will display information related to users, their rank and calls made for the day.
Step 1. Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click on the tab Campaigns and then, Show Campaigns.
Step 3. Choose the Settings for the Campaign that you would like to modify.
Step 4. Scroll to Section 18 - Rankings. Each agent will show in this section so you could give a specific agent a higher ranking over another.The choices that you have are -9 to 9 with 9 being the top level rank (Default ranking for all users is 0 to start and could be adjusted as needed)
Step 5. Once you have set your specific rankings, go to Section 7 - Agent Call Routing.
Step 6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Save Changes button to apply the settings.
