If your campaign has In-Groups assigned to it, then your agents will have the ability to receive inbound calls/transfers.
Here you can control if they have the ability to choose their own groups when they log in, or are forced to be in certain group/s of your choice, and whether or not they can take outbound calls as well.
Step 1: Once an in-group is created and assigned to a campaign, the In-Group will need to be assigned to a user(s). Start by clicking the tab Users, and then Show Users.
Step 2: Click on the Settings icon for the User to be assigned to the in-group.
Step 3: Scroll down to 'Inbound Transfer Options' and check mark the box(es) next to the In-Group the user will have access to.
Inbound Transfer Options: These settings will allow you to determine if agents can choose their own in-groups and dialer modes (such as Outbound or Blended), or if you will force them into specific in-groups and dialer modes.
Step 4: Decide whether your agents can choose to have blended calling or not.
Step 5: Next scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on 'Save Changes' button save your changes.
