The only way to increase the number of leads that are dialed at any given time is through the Dialer Speed found in section 3 of the campaign settings.
Step 1. Login to URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Select Campaigns and then, Show Campaigns.
Step 3. Choose the Campaign that you would like to change the caller id for by clicking on the Settings.
Step 4. Go to Section 3 - Dialer Speed and select Dial Type as Ratio > Number of lines to dial for each Agent: Set the amount of calls that will be dialed per agent logged in and ready (i.e., 4.0)
Step 5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Save Changes.
