How to Monitor Calls Using Non-Admin Users
Step 1. Login to the URL https://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click on the Settings of the users you want to give permission to monitor calls.
Step 3. Scroll down to the section Agent Interface options and make sure that the Recording and Realtime Access are set to Yes.
Step 4. Login to the URL https://admin.safesoftsolutions.com/clientadmin/realtime/index.php using the Agents credentials.
Step 5. It will redirect you to the Real Time Screen. Click on the icon for the Listen with Mute of the agent you wish to listen to their calls.
