X-Lite Registration Error Code 403
This issue is caused by having the wrong user name or password entered in the X-Lite settings. Please verify that the correct values are entered. It is common to mix up the website credentials and the X-Lite credentials.
1. Open up Xlite and Click Menu and choose SIP Account Settings
2. Choose Properties
3. Check the username and password are entered correctly in these 2 fields
Username: Your Extension
4. If changes were made, make sure that you click Apply and then OK at the bottom of the screen
