Call Times: This feature is used to set call time rules that restrict when the dialer will actually dial a number based on the lead's local timezone. Several default call time rules exist already, but you can add custom call time rules as needed.
Step 1. Login to the URL http://admin.safesoftsolutions.com using your Admin credentials.
Step 2. Click on the tab Call Times and then, Add New call Time.
Step 3. Enter the Call Time Name and then, click on the Create Call Time button.
Step 4. Choose the Default Start and Default Stop or you may choose to choose when to Start and Stop the calling times depending on the day of the week.
Click the Save Changes button to apply the settings.
Step 5. You may also Add/Remove State Call Times.
Click Submit button to apply the settings.
